How much do you charge?
In the current economic climate 'value for money' is more important than ever. I don't have 'package' prices as every event is unique to you. I will give you a FIRM price for any work you commission.
As an indication of rates:
•Baptisms/ confirmations/ similar events £150.00
•Half-day (including evening) location shoots (up to four hours) £200.00
•Full-day location shoots (up to ten hours) £400.00
•Prices include travel expenses and prints/ image CDs as agreed.
I offer a substantial discount to Registered Charities and to youth groups (including youth sports teams).
Do you work with children?
Yes. Although it is likely that you will want to be present during the time that I take images, for your peace of mind, I am happy to confirm that I have current enhanced CRBs from both the London Borough of Ealing and the Rugby Football Union (RFU). I never use images of children on this website (or in any media) without the express permission of the child's parent or guardian.
How quickly will I get my prints or image CD's?
Normally within five business days from completion of the assignment. I am normally able to meet requests for 'express' assignments - please ask.
What areas do you cover?
Normally within the M25, but do please ask.
What equipment do you use?
Having 'started out' with Canon equipment and then after using Fuji and Nikon systems I have settled on Sony Alpha DSLR's. I find that the compatability of this system with Minolta lenses (some over 20 years old but which I use for their wonderful colour rendition) enables me to capture rich and vibrant images without the need for excessive 'post processing' in my studio.
I also exclusively use Metz Professional flashguns, Elinchrom studio lighting and Adobe Creative Suite/ Adobe Lightroom.
Do you do videography or offer video services?
No, but I have a good working relationship with a Surrey-based videographer and video production studio owner who has over thirty years experience of producing corporate and personal videos (including weddings). Please contact me for details.
